New Member eltonlight Posted September 7, 2014 New Member Report Share Posted September 7, 2014 Sadly mine is 40 only. But not a problem for me. However, Microsoft's Kinect was supposed to be the next popular trend on the subject of input devices for your computer. But as it turns out, a 3-D motion controller called the Leap Motion might be even more exciting.
Contributor Malo Posted September 7, 2014 Contributor Report Share Posted September 7, 2014 Isn´t this a little bit stupid? No one tells about the System that he have, nor the complexity of the scene or what sculpting mode he use. From me i could say. Win 7 64Bit Intel i7 2600k 3.4 Ghz GTX 560 with 2 Gb Ram 8 GB Ram You see, it is not the best system. On my last object i have in Surface Mode 30 Millions of Polys. At the end i was at 20 FPS. Not realy good, but now i know that is the maximum what my engine could handle. So please, giive us more infos about your system and workflow. Member AlphaGrunt Posted September 10, 2014 Author Member Report Share Posted September 10, 2014 You're right Malo! We need a text scene that everyone can download, do a specific task and report back the fps and system specs! Does that make more sense? Contributor Malo Posted September 10, 2014 Contributor Report Share Posted September 10, 2014 Sounds nice. A benchmark szene would be perfect for a FPS test.
