PBR Texture Export

Hi, I just ran a test with the new PBR materials  and exported my model and textures to an FBX. 3 textures got exported (diffuse, gloss and nmap) but when I load up the textures in an external program the diffuse is completely black. Is that right?

I'm completely new to this 'physically based' world, so any help is welcome.

Cheers

Hi,

I also have 2 Question:

-in 3DC Beta 3 the exported .lwo hasn't any textured applied when I open the lwo in LW.

-how is it possible, to export the Reflection Map of the new PBR Materials? I just get Color/Spec/Normal out of 3D-Coat.

Thanks and Greets

Tom

.lwo i dont know, maybe wrong export/import

Reflection Map, check your export options.

First choose your Import/Export workflow and then check the maps that you need.

You find all in the export window.

Hi,

I can't see any Reflection Map options, do you?

Sorry, my fault.

Not sure what you mean, but Reflecivity is handled by the maps (albedo/glossy/spec or basecolor/metal/rough) and the shader that is in use.

In your case, no there is no Refelction Map that you can export.
