I have three meshes in my retoporoom. I normally export after painting in paintroom with  File -> Export objects... but in the UE4 editor the childs dont show up, if i pull down the .fbx. Do they show up in Unity, after you exported like this with just severell retopogroups (meshes) in retoporoom?

But the exported Filesize of the .fbx is clearly bigger then one single mesh, maybe i do some mistakes at importing in UE4.

That's odd. Yes when I export from the paint room I specify the name of the fbx and this imports as a single 'empty' gameObject into Unity that then has multiple children with mesh renderer components attached to each. The same thing happens with Marmoset TB, what happens if you open it in there?
