Weld UV Seams ?

Hi! Welcome aboard. :)

 

 

The way it works in 3DC is just a little different than other applications, but the result is the same. The way you do it in 3DC is to remove the seams of the edge you want to weld/move&sew together, then Update Islands or unwrap that island "new" island, and it will update with the seams welded together.

Hey there,

I am test driving this nice piece of software and what I really like are these nice uv tools you have.

But I am having the same question as above, and tried to do what was described but I did not understand completely.

I want to connect 2 uv islands but in what room or where do I select those edges etc.. I need more info:D
