Advanced Member lc8b105 Posted November 13, 2008 Advanced Member Share Posted November 13, 2008 Hi all, I've just got my MBP471, so I'm a new Mac user here. Forgive me if you already know these things below. 3DC uses ALT+RMB to Zoom camera. But the default setting of Might Mouse on Mac OS X doesn't have RMB(right mouse button). There are two solutions: 1. Buy a microsoft mouse 2. Change the default setting of Might Mouse in your Mac OS X If you are a new Mac user and don't like to work in Mac OS X with a microsoft mouse, please don't worry. Follow me and look how easy that enable RMB(right mouse button) of your Might Mouse in Mac OS X.
Advanced Member Roger_K Posted November 18, 2008 Advanced Member Share Posted November 18, 2008 throw the mighty mouse in the bin, they're the worst peripheral I've ever used. A cheap optical mouse with a real scroll wheel wins easily. I was actually pretty shocked at how bad the mighty mouse is, even the sensors on the regualar cheap pc mice are more robust. Also if your going for a compfortable mouse for 3d avoid logitech, they make great mice but their scroll wheels are really uncompfortable and imprecise
Advanced Member lc8b105 Posted November 19, 2008 Author Advanced Member Share Posted November 19, 2008 Well, IMO Might Mouse with the advanced driver(SteerMouse) installed, it's pretty good. The 360-degree scrolling is very convenient.
