Member Turner Posted December 30, 2015 Member Report Share Posted December 30, 2015 Couldn't help but notice that the path to Pro is $20 less expensive by buying the Educational version first, then upgrading. Is this a mistake? Can you buy the Edu version and immediately upgrade? thanks, Andrew
Reputable Contributor Solution AbnRanger Posted December 30, 2015 Reputable Contributor Solution Report Share Posted December 30, 2015 There would be nothing wrong with buying the EDU first then immediately, or before the sale expires, upgrading to the Pro version. I think they just wanted to be fair to those who paid the normal $99 for the EDU/Non-Commercial license.
New Member ganesha Posted December 30, 2015 New Member Report Share Posted December 30, 2015 I made it exactly this way. I bought the EDU and the PRO right after I have gotten the license number. Just in case: I'm a student and would have the right to buy the student version. By the way, Steam has a christmas offer which would be even cheaper but for Windows only.
