Member sazberryftw Posted February 2, 2016 Member Report Share Posted February 2, 2016 Hey, I've noticed the sampler tool only takes the colour value to my brush. I was under the impression this tool worked like the eyedropper tool in Photoshop and I expected it to pick out my roughness and metallic values as well as colour. Is there a setting to change this? Now if I select the sampler tool in the left tool bar, it does not work... It started working when, I deselected though all layers... Even when reselecting... The blue and dark grey icons in the top panel... I opened 3DC again and this time no problems either with using the sample tool in the left tool bar or a shortcut key... 3DC version 4.5.28 beta---- Roughness---Metalness workflow.
