How to export .FBX with embedded media (albedo, normals, etc?)

Hi, is it possible to export an .FBX mesh with embedded textures?

 

By default 3DC seems to export the mesh only and the textures are saved as separate files..

I think you need to reapply your textures in your intended application after export. Textures are linked. I've only seen DAE load textures automatically. I'm not sure it's embedded, but rather loads them if the textures are in the same relative path.
