Member Stumpytwig Posted October 25, 2016 Member Report Share Posted October 25, 2016 Hello people. I'm having this problem where I use the Voxel layer tool to extrude from my sculpt to create clothing for my character. (Is there a better way of doing it?) Anyway, my problem is that even when the thickness is set to .01, it is constantly crashing my computer. I am using a very fast computer with a high end graphics card.. So what do you think the catch is?

Carlosan
Yes, that is a beta version with several upgrades and better stability.

Member Ariannwyn Posted October 26, 2016 Member Report Share Posted October 26, 2016 (edited) I am having the same issue. I have the latest version of 3D Coat also. When I try to use the Voxel layer tool my whole computer freezes and I have to force shut down. Edited October 26, 2016 by Ariannwyn

Member Ariannwyn Posted October 26, 2016 Member Report Share Posted October 26, 2016 (edited) Are you on a Mac? I am on PC.... Is removing the 3D-CoatV47 in Documents what I need to do? Is there another folder I need to remove? I don't think I have an Applications or ~ folder Or am I supposed to delete the folder in Program Files?
