If you like to change manually, the file is Options_Hotkeys.xml at user\Documents\3D-Coat___ - Some numpad are not used, right. Feel free to add new to your workflow. The only thing is: the XML file is pretty verbose/awkward. Maybe I can make a script that would reformat the list into something more user-friendly.
