[Tweak Room] Preserve UV

I would like to request a feature called Preserve UV from Maya. It allows you to move a vertex without effecting the UV. You can adjust geometry without worrying about stretching uvs or having to re-project. This would go in the Tweak room. Thanks.

I'll be honest with you, Andrew isn't planning on touching the Tweak Room, as it is a legacy workspace. Yes, it is still relatively functional, but it has limitations and I have not been able to convince him to address any of them. His answer is he wants to remove it, altogether at some point.
