UVs flipped and strange

Hi everybody,

very new to 3D coat so every help is appreciated.

I just wanted to use it for texture painting in the beginning, so starting with a simple sphere i unwrapped and created a simple fill and sadly already ran into a showstopper (see screenshot):

I created the displacement map with Textures - Export - Displacement.

1) The UVs seem to be flipped - how come?

2) While the preview looks fine, the texture is only partly filled with the texture (see the strange lines in the upper UV patches).

 

Any ideas?
