Member he5tot Posted January 23, 2017 Member Report Share Posted January 23, 2017 Hi Staff, thanks for reading this, here is my urgent situation: though I bought a License Key, every now and then my 3D Coat starts in Demo Mode. This time unfortunately i realized that very late and only when I was about to save or export my sculpt, which, of course, is greyed out now (Demo restrictions). So here am I with my work & can't get out of 3D Coat without thrashing the whole bunch, can I? How can I prevent such misbehavior in future by default, I mean without checking myself in which mode the app is starting - very annoying indeed! THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP! Best, he5tot
Carlosan
Can you try this ? Uninstall the license and install it again. Yo need to have internet connection on that machine to register your key.

Member Speike-Styles Posted January 24, 2017 Member Report Share Posted January 24, 2017 Try deleting the entire Document, it should give you a refresh and ask for the licence again. Don`t forget to move your workspace or auto somewhere else before deleting, but 3D coat does a real nice job once you Del and restart the Program.
