retoporoom - how to use symmetry to recognize and fix other side of retopoed mesh via brush function and keep UV intact?

Hi all,

what needs to be set again, to make 3DCoat recognize the other side of a fully retopoed mesh for symmetrical brushing over both areas?
In Topogun it was quite simple, load up your fully retopoed mesh, activate "symmetry"and then start brushing for relaxing the mesh.
