New Member deb Posted October 16, 2018 New Member Report Share Posted October 16, 2018 Hi, I’m new to the form and new to 3D Coat. I am a jewelry design student and currently use Rhino to create models. One of my professors recommended 3D Coat as the perfect complementary program to take my designs to the next level. He suggested that I apply to do an independent study of 3D Coat. I’m tasked with creating a proposal and an 8 week lesson plan as part of the process for the university. As I don’t know the program (at all) I’m finding this very challenging. I would want to learn the program and utilize it to create sculpted models to 3D print as well as modify/enhance Rhino models with the 3D Coat’s sculpting features. Any suggestions for a learning plan would be greatly appreciated! Please help if you have any advice. Thanks, Deb
