[Solved] Paint and sculpt at the same time with smart materials and displacement

I created this tree trunk sculpture in Unity with a Voxel terrain system.. if I had used a different brush I could have created it within seconds.

My question to the Developers is do you think you could make the Voxel system work with the smart materials the same way?
