Solo view, Pose tool move widget orientation

Hello

I have two questions.

Is there a way to create a keyboard shortcut for hiding all non active objects, and by using it again reviling them? 

I know about the Alt click in the vox three, but its so slow and tiny to hit the eye icon, I use this functionality a lot in Zbrush and Bleender.

Then tho pose tool and its manipulation widget, I have no idea where it always pics its random orientation?

Because I always have to reset its rotation before using it.
