But as I understand it, developers see the proposed changes and bugs in the program much faster than here on the forum, where they answer on average one of five questions and suggestions.
What is the point of the forum in this case, if in my memory, Comrade Shpagin came here four times a year?

Could it be possible to give me developer rights to all projects. I only have devel rights to v.4.0. Everything +v.4 I have only reporter. I have noticed that there is a lot of mantis reports that are fixed but not closed, so I
would like help with this.
