Overlapping twisted uvs at corner

Hello,

I have a problem that should be best explained by the following image.

I have a corner in a clean topo mesh and during unwrapping it does something strange. Since this is supposed to be the ground it has low distortion and should almost be a planar projection.
Any ideas on how to fix?

now that I took my sculpted retopo mesh and want to reunwrap it (was subdivided once), anytime I unwrap it, it does completely stupid stuff with the exact same behavior that it twists nearly every island into a overlapping ******? It didn't behave like that with the lowpoly version. Any idea?
