Way to modify sculpt object with retopo object?

Hi,

does anyone know of a way to deform a high polygon surface with a low polygon object (like a retopo object) in 3d coat?
or some other function that acts in a similar way to this?

Using the pose tool with a free form lattice is one way but i find it is very inexact and hard to work with.
Using decimation is also kind of a way but also not exact enough.
