Unwrap UV cause strange Scale problem

I only need unwrap this mesh, as almost projection wrapping.  but the main mesh (both side) of this shape are unwrapped strange scale ratio. or one side of mesh are unwrapped as if "stripe"

caseA   When I use "Unwrap" (full mesh of this UV set)

case B select the problem side islands, then use To ABF (It generate broken UV island)

case C when I select the problem side mesh, then To LSCM , it only show reasonable shape, but the scale is almost 0.01 of another side,.

(I could not find the island usually, but just close up, then find it generate really small scale island of this side)

So I could ajudst scale once, but if I use other UV command , after all it return. Is there any reason which cause these unwrap problem?  I hope to memorize it.

I manually unwrap other parts, but about this mesh I use autopo,  then clean some parts only. but I confirm my seams have no problem.

I can confirm There are already seam which separate these 2 main faces. (and I divide side meshes too)

because Actually If I scale it and manually arrange, it can show correct map which I suppose to,,,

But after all, Once I manually adjust it, then use "Adjust scale" command,, it seems keep it.

But if I unwrap again, same problem return. so at current I manually arrange them , then keep it .

I hope to up-load but this coat  flle size is 4.05 GB I do not know what cuase this issue.. it do not change after I delete all voxel ,and curve meshes. 

(so now I have only retopo meshes,, in this coat file, no texture,, why it use so huge memory for simple mesh only? 

.  Then I now get many trouble when I use shell tool then UV unwrap for band cloth . (add thickness then unwrap again,,)

because the tool often separate vertices which added by shell tool,  , It work first (I can not find any problem) but after add seam, suddenly vertices are separate away. I try same thing  almost 4 times, finally give up to use shell tool about this band mesh,,  

I felt this coat file aleready broken (TT) .   (I have exported mesh to another app already, so I do not have many problem,, though,,)
