[Solved] Finding which layers in paint have colour/roughness/etc pixels ?

Hi All

 

So I have quite a complicated scene with about 20-30 paint layers . Is there any way of displaying which layer has what on it. For example in photoshop you can ctrl + right click and it will display the layers that have pixel data under the mouse pointer. I`m finding in 3d coat that if I accidently paint on one layer its a case of going through each layer and hiding them in order to find the unwanted painted pixels.

Any ideas how this can be achieved?

What you can do is hover over that painted spot and hit H to select layer that it is painted on.
