Advanced Member Kargall Posted October 24, 2019 Advanced Member Report Share Posted October 24, 2019 Hello I have a navigation problem with the stylus, I feel that there is something changed. The PAN is not like before Before , for to move in the screen (PAN), the stylus had to touch the wacom then to make a right click then to move (PAN) Now, I have to make a right click (in the void) (so zoom) and then put the stylus on the screen of the wacom. This is very unpleasant. How to return to the default settings of older versions? Thank you
Advanced Member Falconius Posted October 24, 2019 Advanced Member Report Share Posted October 24, 2019 (edited) I've had the same issue (also using Wacom), I was sure something in the program changed, but then I thought it was just me getting confused between programs. Does anyone know did the navigation actually change? Edited October 24, 2019 by Falconius

Member ryivhnn Posted October 25, 2019 Member Report Share Posted October 25, 2019 Thought pan was middle click? Or did I completely misunderstand what you're doing? (which is highly probable)
Advanced Member gbball Posted October 25, 2019 Advanced Member Report Share Posted October 25, 2019 I've noticed this too. It's very annoying.

(which is highly probable) It's very likely! lol ------------------------------------------------------------ I'm talking about the action and behavior of the stylus. Before: PAN = Tablet Contact => pushes stylus button Now : Pan = no touch on tablet => pushes stylus button (Zoom) => Tablet contact. It's really very very disagreeable. And it's impossible to adjust, apparently. Please Andrew, put the original settings back Thank you very much

But Ive got a whole heap of glitches elsewhere . So sticking to .2 beta for now. ( wacom Bamboo)
Member SilverCity Posted October 25, 2019 Member Report Share Posted October 25, 2019 Isn't this customizable in the settings? I never use the default settings. I also have an older Wacom, so that might be why I don't have this problem.
New Member VinnieArt Posted October 26, 2019 New Member Report Share Posted October 26, 2019 This problem popped up for me right after I updated my drivers (wacom cintiq), so it's probably some new issue to do with compatibility? I'd really like a solution to this too. It's a tiny inconvenience yet so, so annoying. Perhaps changing top tablet button to middle click for 3d coat will help everyone in the meantime? I'm trying that out right now.
Member ryivhnn Posted October 26, 2019 Member Report Share Posted October 26, 2019 @Kargall I was able to reproduce the behaviour I think you're describing by turning the nib touch requirement I have set for my CCH for right and middle click off. I think it's called hover clicks or something like that, could you try turning them off (at least for 3dC) and see if that helps?
