How to use both brush depth and material texture depth

Here's something really important ,probably trivial, to which I haven't found a solution:

While I'm painting with smart material .. I understood only the heightmap is taken in account. Like this: 2019-11-03.thumb.png.2e08e89ed3856f639c1b95fd197e4936.png

But what if need to have both the depth given by the heightmap in the smart material,  AND the depth of my alpha brush? To obtain something like this. Which I obtained by painting the diffuse ,normal, specular and then painted over the depth of the alpha brush,  after closing the smart material.   How to do it all in one stroke?
