StairTo 1 Report post Posted July 14, 2020 Hello, I wanted to ask you if the 3DCoat printing license is commercial to sell the .stl files For example, if I create a figure that I later want to sell, and then the person who buys it gives it another use than 3D printing. Would I be breaking the license, would the other person break it? Should I warn you when selling my .stl of what that person can or cannot do? Excuse me, I'm new. StairTo 1 Report post Posted July 15, 2020 Thanks, i did it. The answer was : Quote If you or another person use 3D model from 3DCoat printing commercially (sell it for instance) for another use than 3D printing - this breaks the license of 3DCoat printing (see https://3dcoat.com/buy/) . 3DCoat printing can be used only for 3D printing the models and/or selling 3D printed models, or .stl files ONLY for 3D printing. I think this program is a very good option to sculpt and sell figures. Only for printing obviously.
