Member unity2k Posted February 10, 2021 Member Report Share Posted February 10, 2021 I have about 25 versions of 3D Coat listed in my add/remove Programs Tool on Windows 10. I've used the Microsoft registry edit instructions to remove other programs that were leaving behind "ghost" versions that had been overwritten but I could find one instance of 3D Coat under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall Anyone have some ideas for me to try? Carlosan
Hi For that task I usually use Ccleaner, it is free and has an option to do that, delete old entries (at right side named Delete).
Advanced Member sprayer Posted February 11, 2021 Advanced Member Report Share Posted February 11, 2021 If you do not unistall 3dcoat before install new version it will keep old version. It won't overwrite because it create every time new folder with versions C:\Program Files\3DCoat-V4.9.67 C:\Program Files\3DCoat-V4.9.68 etc
