[Feature] Save Startup file

Like Blender it would be very usefull to be able to save a startup file, that will load each time we open 3D Coat

For example have a voxel default sphere, with symmetry and a shader automatically loaded.

Indeed, a choice that can save records as start-up documents, in which we set scene scale and estimation Unit settings, and so forth, when we save the document as a beginning up record while 3d coat auto opens.

The set startup file choice might require in user preference as well. (so we can save different multiple startup up records, and change them from user preference).
