Does v2021 incorporate Textura's capabilities?

Just heard about Textura.  Not sure if it has capabilities that will not be found in the new 2021 version of 3DCoat.  Can anyone help clarify this?   Is Textura being offered as a standalone option for those who just want the Substance Painter alternative?  Area all of Texura's tool incorporated in the upgraded 2021 version of 3DCoat?  Thanks

If the cost to upgrade then to the full 3DCoat 2022 is not much more than the full price for Texture than I will just upgrade even thought I do not really use 3DCoat much right now for basic modeling.  Thanks for the reply.  It always has had great capabilities for hand-painting objects.

Is 3d coat textura included with upgrade to 3d coat 2021? I cant seem to get a clear answer.

... why would it be included? All the features of Textura are in the Pro version. Textura is basically a slimmed down, limited feature, version of regular 3D Coat. You are upgrading regular 3D Coat aka "Pro", so you get the full package as opposed to Textura being one part of the full package.
