In "coat.pyi"  in the new function:  bool = false should be "False" (Typo)

ive been getting weird "bugs" if i autopo anything regardless of the amount of polys ... it generates like 10 massive faces , then i restart 3dcoat and it will retopo just fine ,

Defining a workflow is what allows for optimal use of the tools and what defines us as artists.

Where will the exported model be used? In previz, cinematic, game? 
In which render engine? 
Will the model be rigged later? 
Will you use uDims?

The autopo algorithm (it has been improved) is very good, but it is not magic.
There is no tool to do it fast, do it pretty, do it well, just by touching a button.
All that step need hard work.

The algorithm looks for ways to wrap volumes with surfaces, it is important to separate the model into similar "shapes" parts so that the process is effective.
Putting hands together with teeth, tongue with head, hardly gives a good result.

If it does not give results, it is the way to recognize that we have requested an operation incorrectly.

This video shows how to create polygroups for each area of the model, and thus have a good baking.

its ok , i just wanted a basic remesh but noticed auutopo doesnt work , oleg managed to recreate it too

This is not a bug but your path of learning the software.

It is difficult to help if you don't explain your current workflow 

autopo didnt generate any mesh , thats all .. ive tried a few things but nothing

I think there was some misunderstanding on his part. He must not have noticed that Oleg also confirmed the bug. I think he assumed you were not using Autopo correctly (because some of the objects/parts could or should have been Auto-Retopologized separately (ie. the Teeth, Belt loops in the pants, etc.). But, even if that is the case, there should have been a mesh generated, so you could see if it is doable without stroke guides and such. A bug is a bug. Could you send me the file (or a dummy version of the model) via PM, for me to test and see if there is an issue with the mesh itself? It will not be used for any other purpose, but testing alone.

I want to use multi resolution in retopo/modeling room.

if there is multi resolution for Retopo/Modeling room, I can use quad polygon multi resolution.

even if voxel/surface can not change from triangle to quadrangle.
