HMC Voice command. Is this an important feature? Is there data about a lot of users requesting it?

Once again, it's a 3rd Party Plugin.

It's really easy to criticize something without actually trying it. I know because I was skeptical when it first came out in it's earliest stages a few years ago, but after actually testing it, recently...even for a few minutes...I changed my mind about it, completely. It's like VR Sculpting or using a 3dconnexion device. It's so easy to bash it, without firsthand knowledge or experience. Have you tried it? Then how can you call it useless (and truly know what you are talking about)?

Many artists in a studio environment are listening to music on their headphones, and if I had a colleague who wanted to use Voice Command software to make their work more efficient, I would have no problem wearing headphones or earplugs...if it really bothered me that much. Also, there are many artists who work alone in their own office/space. It may not be for everyone, but just because you don't prefer to use it, personally, that doesn't make it worthless for many other users. You honestly will not comprehend how valuable it can be until you actually try it...with an objective mind, rather than a cynical one.

Being able to work without having to even look at your keyboard or dig through a tool panel/menu is golden...especially in the Minimal Layout (toggled with the TAB key). For me, it's even faster and more efficient than using a 3DConnexion Space Explorer and all its many buttons + the buttons and ring on the Wacom Tablet. Plus, you don't have to use it, exclusively. You could use the Preset Panel for many tasks and use HMC Voice for switching views, Ortho/Perspective, toggle Symmetry, switching workspaces, etc.

Could you please explain this problem in more detail?

I think the rmb py script might have been compiling, because it was first run. maybe that's why it didn't show up.

Im eagerly putting something together to play with, so that everybody who is interested can test.  Maybe you can help.  how to Color change to Yellow TEXT in the RMB Menu? Like here: You can see it when you draw a parametric circle and then RMB, Convert to regular Curve.  Thanks for the reply:good:

can we please move towards a surface mode that keeps a quad topology , a majority of my work in hard surface and being able to subd a basic shape and keep a good topology is essential , able to keep the topology and its divisions as non destructive are important to me and anyone who does hard surface , making on the fly changes up and down divisions would be amazing .

Magic! But this is not that 'dotted' hiding mode.

That dotted hiding mode works based on the normal of the polygon. When I toggle 'ignore back faces,' it seems that 3Dcoat doesn't see that object.

whats the new features etc?

Smart Hybrid fulfills designers' century-old dream!

We were criticized for using three meshes in our software.

With Smart Hybrid, a designer can seamlessly utilize different modeling technologies within a single program and obtain any type of mesh, all in a parametric form.
If you're interested, I'll make a video.

Would love to see that myself. Sounds interesting.
