Been waiting for a reply from sales with regards to payment!

Hi,

I have sent an email to sales@pilgway.com regarding payment issues. 

It's been over 24hours and had not received a reply. Is there a time frame for replies?

If a mod is seeing this, can you maybe notify the sales team?
