Merge ...multiple paint layers at once?

Hey all.
Just wondering if in, Paint Room, there's a way to merge multiple paint layers at one time. IE: Photoshop style. Shift select layers wanted to merge, then just merge down.

This would be great, not only for the speed of it but, also because if, say you have 10 layers of stacked pixels that make up clouds in a sky.  Some of the upper layers might have layer blending modes like hard light or color dodge and if you have to merge those down one by one, it could really distort the look of colors from the non merged look but if you could merge them all down into one standard color blend mode, then theoretically, it should look exactly the same as long as there's no transparent pixels in the area of the hard light and color dodge layers when merged. At least, that's how it is in photoshop.

If we can merge multiple selected layer (which I'm not certain if selecting multiple layers is even a capability of 3D coat, shift selecting doesn't do it) maybe can we freeze select in the example case, and copy the entire look like a screenshot up at full res and paste it all in a new layer? That's a bit of a work around- if it's possible.
