Hello Guys,

So after a while I'm trying to change my workflow to use 3DCoat entirely.

I sculpt miniatures for 3D Printing and need some help in a few aspects of the program.

The first is: How do I get rid of these spikes while sculpting in surface mode?

Another one is: How can I sculpt these snakes? THis one is a IMM Brush I bought for Zbrush, but I would like to know how I could sculpt one from scratch.

I blocked her clothes by extracting the meshes from the body (orange meshes). How could I do this in 3DCoat? If there's no way of creating new geometry from the body, what's the workflow to get the clothes done, then?

Are there any in depth documentation about the split joints tool? I need to cut the sculptures in several parts, create keys and make sure the keys will fit (I usually create the key, inflate it, make the cut and then it's going to have a little bit of space for when the piece is printed).

Finally, I'm currently working in a character that will need curly hair (if the client is ok with me sharing my progress I'll post it in another thread to get input from you guys). However I have no idea how to do that in a practical manner and with good results. Any help here as well?

I apologize for the questions if it has obvious solutions in videos/manuals/pages, but in my experience there are many videos out there and for me it has been hard to find what I need.

Thanks in advance!
