[Solved] Help - what happened to my license ??

I want to transfer my license to a new PC ...When I go to 'show my key' on my current pc I get this:

 

what's going on?  I still have my invoice with my license key...will it still be usable?

that's the thing, it's like my account no longer exists.

So I installed 2021 on my new machine - copied the documents folder over and it seems to work...but I still can't check my key or log into the site.

im having the same issue as "nobackup" exact same. i downloaded the most recent build as well recently. connection? anyway i am using the exact same credentials used for purchase my browser keeps that info for me every time i go to the site. i wanted to download the most recent stable as well but cant now. can you also refer me as well, to customer service. thankyou.

you will be prompted to login on website:
