[Solved] Trying to purchase upgrade problem

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade to the latest version of 3dcoat.

I put the upgrade in my cart.

It says the cart is empty

If I try to add the upgrade again it says it's already in the cart but I can't see it in the cart and the cart says it is empty.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

  I'm logged in with my normal personal email. The original purchase was a gift. I am not logged in with the gift giver's email but my own email.

Should I use the gift giver's email as they are also getting me the new upgrade as a gift.

- a user bought 3DCoat registering it with an email address and user name
- this email address and the user's name are assigned in the database for any future process to that purchase
- In the case of new upgrades or purchases: by logging in with that email address to the pilgway.com site, the user will be able to see their assigned license and the links and commands to carry out the upgrades.
- only one email address/username is allowed to be assigned by 3DCoat version.

    Thanks so much for your help and taking your valuable time to explain this.

We did put the order through with the original email. Once we got to a certain point it asked if it is was a gift.

I put in my login and email as the receiver of the gift and it went through properly.

Looking forward to working with this splendid upgrade.

Sounds like you have this resolved Lululee! Just in case you need any further assistance, please, let us know. For example, if the new license wouldn't get linked to your account etc.

No, we need to transfer the license from the original email address to your account then. Please, drop us a message to support@3dcoat.com, we need to know that original email address and your current email address, please.
