Member Florent-T Posted February 14, 2022 Member Report Share Posted February 14, 2022 Hi, Impossible for me to update the app, from fresh install (I'm new to 3DCoat and currently testing - 30 days trial), 2020.04 to .05 Both options do the same.... "preparing" for loooooong time without doing anything else... I've alreay had the problem when installed 2021, a few days ago and wanted to update to 2022.04. That's why I uninstalled and manually installed 2022.04. I have a strong enough computer (i7, 32gb ram, M2 disk, fast connexion). Also, when installing an updated version, do I need to uninstall the previous, and what about the license? Do I de-authorise and then install, then tell it where the license is, or do I just uninstall but leave it activated with my current license? *Edit: it worked the third time with download manager.
