Member echoform Posted June 4, 2022 Member Report Share Posted June 4, 2022 Hello, Is anyone else getting this issue? It's happened on my install for about the last 3-4 updates. I was hoping they would go away, but it's persisting. Basically, a lot of the shaders are showing up black. I searched the forum and it looked like it was an issue a couple of years ago. I am using v2022.29 on Windows 10 with latest updates. Thank you for any insights.
Carlosan
Hi what happens if you use the command Refresh all previews (RMB)?
Member echoform Posted June 4, 2022 Author Member Report Share Posted June 4, 2022 Thank you for the suggestion. That did not update it. The shader itself it displaying all meshes as black. It is more than just the thumbnails.
Carlosan
Drivers. Win10 and graphic drivers are uptodate ?
Member echoform Posted June 5, 2022 Author Member Report Share Posted June 5, 2022 As far as I can tell, drivers are up to date...I just need to know if anyone else is having this issue or it could just be a local issue on my end. If no one has reported anything like this, I will try and reinstall from scratch. Thank you.
Carlosan
I got this issue once, the solution was to do a fresh install. before I renamed the folder (/documents/3dcoat/) to avoid losing my libraries and to be able to load them to the new folder.
