Why missing parts of model after bake?

Please check this thread

CS:GO models dont have one UVspace, but use several

as you show in the video

So it is not an easy task because:

valves uv map is set in stone and cannot be changed. Uv map is part of the model not the texture. As i am aware you can only change texture not models.

Yeah, I tried hidding and unhidding the parts of the model I hide before when I used projection edit to create a skin painting in PS(actually from the coridium's video tutorial you linked in that thread) and it still happening this thing that most of model dissapear after bake.

 

I will check the other 2 vid you linked in that thread as well and all you said there. Thank you for your time and your help.
