Just installed 2022.34 for Mac OS, but it does not start up. I get a very generic error message saying it can't start because of "a problem". I should add that 2022.24 did not have this issue.

The more detailed error report says the following:

After investigation and meeting, the USD library has been temporarily removed from "3DCoat/Textura/Print" under macOS. We will add "USD" later using a completely different approach. New builds "3DCoat/Textura/Print 2022.35" for macOS have been uploaded:
https://pilgway.com/~sergyi/links-macOS.html
"3DCoat/Textura/Print 2022.35" should run on older macOS versions.

I'm getting a crash or hang on startup with 2022.39 under Monterey at the moment. For me this technique just got things working again:

don't work on Mojave - red screen

"Red screen" (red window) means that "Gatekeeper" (a security feature in macOS) has isolated "3DCoat" executable from its data. This problem also manifests itself as "startup crash" on some machines. To solve the problem clear in Terminal quarantine attribute from "3DCoat" folder:
Terminal > xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/3DCoat-2021.23
(put your actually installed version in the command above).
