Advanced Member phoenixart Posted August 15, 2022 Advanced Member Report Share Posted August 15, 2022 (edited) I'm having a couple of brush issue. The first one happens apparently for no reason on some alpha brush only. In come cases, the border of the alpha brush is applied to the operation. As for the second issue, the alpha brush seems to work only on a small area, as shown in the screen capture below: 2022-08-15 11-24-51.mp4 Edited August 15, 2022 by phoenixart
Advanced Member Elemeno Posted August 15, 2022 Advanced Member Report Share Posted August 15, 2022 (edited) i put this on the release forum too so hopefully it gets seen. there is however one fix , change your depth to 850% and it works but in some cases applies an affect to the opposite faces Edited August 15, 2022 by Elemeno
Advanced Member phoenixart Posted August 15, 2022 Author Advanced Member Report Share Posted August 15, 2022 Thanks @Elemeno In my case, the fix is not working, I only get the high depth applied. On top of that, now I'm experiencing a new issue: is there some sort of limit to how many brushes I can add to a folder? I added several brushes to an existing folder, only to later realize they were gone. Then, I created a new folder, but even in this case it only stored 14 new brushes (on top of the 6 default ones). Advanced Member phoenixart Posted August 17, 2022 Author Advanced Member Report Share Posted August 17, 2022 (edited) 17 hours ago, Carlosan said: No... there isnt any limits (2022.41) Then it must be a bug, brushes keep disappearing. This time, I took a screenshot of the brushes I added, as I thought I was imagining things. So, here are the brushes I added before closing 3d Coat: And this is what I found when I reopened it: One brush is missing, and the order has changed. Is there an automatic order that works only when 3d Coat is restarted? And what happened to the missing brush? It keeps doing this, and I can't figure out why. Edit: I see now what happened. Two of the brushes I added are the same. I didn't notice it at first as the order isn't organized automatically, but only after 3d Coat is restarted. Advanced Member Solution phoenixart Posted August 17, 2022 Author Advanced Member Solution Report Share Posted August 17, 2022 Thanks for the link, @Carlosan That helped. I've created a few brushes which I'm going to share, just in case they may be useful to other users, and to see if they're working OK on other systems.
