Texture Channel-packing Issue

I'm having an issue where the metal, rough, and normal maps I'm exporting out of 3d Coat are 2048 x 2048 as expected but the dpi is 96. The rest the maps, ie the layers in the paint room - material, colors, ao, curvature are all exporting at 2048 x 2048 but at 72 dpi. I would prefer if they all exported at 72 dpi because when I go to pack them they're leaving this large white border on the edge because of the mismatched dpi. I've checked everywhere for some kind of control over this but all I can find is changing the resolution to something else, nothing to control the dpi.

Any help out there?
