Please log in into our site:
https://pilgway.com/user/login
(in case you don't know the password click "Forgot your password?")
There on tab "LICENSES/ACCOUNTS" click "DOWNLOAD LICENSE".
On "3DCoat 2022" startup click button "Load license" and select the downloaded license-file.
If the problem persists contact me directly by email "sergkryzh AT gmail dot com".

I have a downloaded copy of my password text file from your website whereby when I open 3d coat I then navigate to the "download license" text file where I click on it and all is well.  The thing is when I open 3d coat again, I have to repeat the same process over again and again

I had a weird issue where things weren't saved on exit but i had an old trial version installed i hadn't removed prior getting my full license. Removing all installed software, cleaning out my registry with CC cleaner, rebooting and installing the latest build of 3DC was the trick.. Maybe your issue is the same..

Hello, I keep having the same problem.  I have downloaded the license file, and it's in the same directory as 3dcoat.  Every time it opens it asks for the license.

I click the 'Use license' button and it's right here in the directory.
