Baking imported Objects...

Hello.

I am wondering how I import a High poly and a Low poly mesh that have already been made in Blender for example in to 
3D Coat for Baking and texturing?

Is it me? is there no way to do this?

I can see you can import a mesh and retopologise it.
But there doesnt seem to be a way of doing a standard import of both high and low polys to bake like you would in substance for example.
Sorry if this is an obvious question. :)
