Trouble with UVs imported from Blender

So i downloaded 3D Coat Textura not long ago and im having a problem with my models. My models all have 2 UV sets each, the first was intended for textures and the second for lightmaps, when i import the models into 3D Coat i cant find an option to select which UV set to import with and it always seems to default to the second one which is obviously wrong.
These are my UV sets in Blender:

And this is how the model imports into 3D Coat:

The dropdown in the texture editor only contains "1001" which isnt even what my UV set is called. When i delete the lightmap UV set in blender and export/import again it shows the correct UVs, but i dont want to do that for all my models as i plan on making quite a few more. Is there something im missing?
