I just found a third bug :
when you add a layer mask, it becomes accessible for any layer (but can't mask any other layer than the first one it was created for), still it's possible to delete it from other layers as well and if so, it deletes it for the first layer. There are two design possibilities here (both are okay but I'd prefer the first one, cause it's more versatile & permissive) :
