Advanced Member insignet Posted January 22 Advanced Member Share Posted January 22 Can anyone else confirm 2024.31 a bug in the paint room... Your brush (circle) appears normally over the mesh. Open the Texture Editor window and roll the mouse over it. Return to the mesh and the brushing function (circle) disappears. Hi, this is a part of the mesh. if you try to do the fill on the viewport the material responds correctly, while if I do the pick fill or even a paint with the rectangle on the texture editor the result is wrong. From time-to-time I bump into this issue, and I'm kind of expecting it at some point (on heavy, multi layer texture sessions at least) BUT If anyone knows how to work around this bug PLEASE HELP. So after filling, erasing, using the brush tool with some kind of shape configuration from the "E" panel (lasso,rect, circle. ..etc) I get these errors on my (usually) roughness channel. On one of the layers I'm painting on. These were more severe at some point, but I decided to retouch them with a simple brush as a fix. So what is causing this, how can I avoid it? And I really need to use the fill tool for my texturing there's no way around it unfortunately. Thanks for any input. I need help.
