Member Jakejazz Posted February 20, 2023 Member Share Posted February 20, 2023 Hello. I am creating a new topology for a character and have realised that a feature is missing from the base mesh. Is there a way of updating the base mesh rather than having to start again? Many thanks. Jake

0 Member Jakejazz Posted February 20, 2023 Author Member Share Posted February 20, 2023 Hi Carlosan. When I try to import the updated mesh, I crash 3D Coat. I get a 'Import Object for Per Pixel Painting' box of options which I OK without making any changes. Do I need to make specific selections to prevent the crash? Thanks. 0 Carlosan
New model should have similar UV configuration. Have it ?
0 Member Jakejazz Posted February 20, 2023 Author Member Share Posted February 20, 2023 I think it is due to the difference in scale between the two meshes. It is an aspect of Zbrush that I haven't got to the bottom of yet. The new updated mesh appears tiny in comparison to the old mesh.
