Hey ya'll,

I crawled a few solved threads trying to solve why my brand new fully licensed program refuses to launch and I also got my engineer husband involved and we couldn't get it to work.

Tried several times to uninstall/reinstall - run as admin - disable/enable performance optimization modes etc....nada

These are the two screens that do pop up when I try to launch.

My husband downloaded the trial version onto his Lenovo laptop and it worked just fine so we're not sure what about my setup is preventing it working.

Working with Windows 11 OS and I have a Cintiq 22HD connected as a 2nd display (In case that's at all relevant)

I also updated all of my AMD drivers directly from their website

The second screenshot reveals that the system doesn't have proprietary graphics drivers. Note the string "Renderer: GDI Generic" (means "no hardware OpenGL"). Install proprietary graphics drivers for your graphics hardware:
https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx OR https://www.amd.com/en/support
