How can I edit mesh that already has texture?

blender viewport

(left - zbrush edit, center - original, right - 3d coat edit)


Hello. I want edit mesh 

I using surface sculpting mode



but As you can see in the image, the texture is solid color because the UV is different.

How can i keep the uv and edit mesh like zbrush edit?

You wont be able to keep your uvs.
When importing a model into the Sculpt Room topology and UV's are discarded, 
however it is preserved by importing a copy into the Retopo workspace before the sculpting process begins and enable conform retopo mesh in the toolbar of the Sculpt Room.


You can also use the new feature MultiLevel Resolution
