Moreover, I found that the model of a re topological room does not have multiple lines with UV settings after export, so the re topological model does not meet the requirements

There are some bugs in this feature. Models with heavy topology do not come with udim, while models in the drawing room come with udim

Yes, I checked on the simplest forms. Everything works well. To see and confirm the error, you need a specific scene in 3b format.
